General Questions
& Getting Started
-
IV (intravenous) therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for faster, more complete absorption. It’s used to support hydration, energy, immunity, and overall wellness.
-
We recommend booking an appointment to ensure timely, personalized care, though we do our best to accommodate walk-ins when availability allows.
*Ketamine Therapy is referral based and requires an appointment.
-
For general wellness IVs and therapies, no consultation is required. All new patients complete a brief health questionnaire so we can understand your goals, medical history, and determine the safest, most effective treatment plan for you. Ketamine therapy requires a more comprehensive intake prior to starting treatment.
-
You’ll complete a short intake form. Those receiving IV wellness therapies will be taken to the IV Hydration room and made comfortable in one of our lounge chairs. An IV will be placed and your treatment will begin. After your treatment is complete, your IV will be removed and you are able to continue your day. For ketamine patients, you’ll be taken to a private IV room, where you will have your treatment.
-
IV hydration sessions typically take 30–45 minutes. Ketamine sessions run longer, generally 60–90 minutes, to allow for proper monitoring before and after treatment.
-
All IV hydration, wellness, and ketamine services are self-pay, as they’re considered elective.
-
Yes. We offer three membership tiers — Restore, Revive, and Renew — designed to fit different wellness goals and frequency of visits, with pricing benefits for members.
IV Hydration & Wellness

Our IV formulations include a combination of fluids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants tailored to specific goals like hydration, energy, immunity, or recovery. Customizations like zofran or toradol are optional for additional charge.
-
All IV treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals under the clinical oversight of our anesthesia-trained providers, ensuring the same safety standards you’d expect in a hospital setting.
-
IV therapy is generally very safe. Minor side effects can include bruising at the injection site or a brief cooling sensation during infusion. Our clinical team screens all patients beforehand to minimize any risk.
-
Item This depends on your individual goals and health status. Many clients benefit from treatments every 1–4 weeks; our team can help you determine the right frequency for you.
-
Restore, Revive, and Renew are structured to offer increasing levels of access and value, from occasional wellness support to more frequent, comprehensive care. Our team can walk you through which tier best matches your goals.
-
Yes, we offer NAD+ therapy. Our NAD+ SQ (subcutaneous) injections offer a more convenient, faster option compared to traditional IV infusion, while still supporting cellular energy, focus, and healthy aging — with a shorter time commitment.
-
Certain conditions may require modification or preclude treatment. This is why every client completes a health screening prior to treatment — our providers will let you know if any adjustments are needed.
Ketamine Therapy
-
Ketamine, at low medical doses, has been shown to rapidly ease symptoms of certain mental health conditions by promoting new neural connections in the brain, offering relief often faster than traditional treatments.
-
Ketamine therapy is most commonly used to support treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and certain chronic pain conditions, particularly when other treatments haven’t provided relief.
-
When administered by trained medical professionals in a controlled setting, ketamine therapy is safe and well-tolerated. Temporary side effects can include dissociation, nausea, or changes in blood pressure, all of which are closely monitored throughout your session.
-
Our treatments use pharmaceutical-grade ketamine at carefully calculated medical doses, administered and monitored by licensed anesthesia providers — an entirely different context, purpose, and safety standard than recreational use.
-
You’ll be settled into a comfortable, private treatment space where your provider monitors your vitals throughout the infusion. Many patients use this time for reflection or quiet rest, with support from our team the entire time.
-
Most treatment protocols begin with a series of sessions over several weeks, followed by maintenance treatments as needed. Your provider will design a plan specific to your response and goals.
-
Yes. Given our team’s anesthesia background, you’re monitored continuously throughout your session, consistent with hospital-level safety standards.
-
No. Due to the effects of ketamine, you’ll need a friend or family member to drive you home following your session.
-
A referral is required, and we encourage coordination with your existing mental health or pain provider for continuity of care, and can communicate with them directly if helpful.
-
Most ketamine therapy is not covered by insurance. At this time, we are not taking insurance.
